Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi who came to Tamil Nadu yesterday said that opposite parties are a lot worried as dalits are aligning with BJP. Modi while addressing a massive public meeting at Codissia grounds in Coimbatore said opposition parties are trying a lot to keep some differences between BJP and Dalits.

Modi came to Coimbatore for the first time after being a Prime Minister. He also treats this as a launching pad for assembly election campaign and a turning point for BJP in Tamil Nadu Politics. But as expected, Modi never spilled beans with respect to alliance in the state.

Modi clearly understood the scenario and he never even open his mouth with respect to that.  He never chose to mention DMK or ADMK in his speech. His Speech in Hindi was translated into Tamil by BJP's National secretary H.Raja.

Modi spoke more about dalits as he knew that 21% of voters in Tamil Nadu are from backward classes. He also said, "Certain elements are provoking dalits in an attempt to create trouble for the government saying Modi will end reservation. I would like to assure that reservation for dalits is here to stay."
