Exit Poll surveys which is done by most of the leading news channels indicate that TRS will make clean sweep in GHMC elections. The opposition parties in Telangana remain shell-shocked.
What shocked Opposition parties was that some News channels and Newspapers which are clear supporters of TDP, BJP and Congress also predicted that TRS will win this GHMC elections. The Exit Poll survey is still sending more shivers down the opposition leaders.
They are worried at all surveys as everyone predict TRS to win at least 70 to 80 seats out of the total 150 seats in GHMC. TDP-BJP alliance is expected to get just 20 to 30 seats. Congress will bag less than 10 seats. If these surveys prove true, then Opposition parties can never recover in near future.
TRS Sweeping GHMC elections would only encourage the remaining handful of leaders in these parties to defect to TRS. All the parties are hit by TRS 'Operation Aakarsh' with large scale defections during the last 18 months.
