Local Criminal court in Hyderabad has summoned famous Tollywood Director S.S.Rajamouli in a cheating case. Now court has summoned him and ordered to appear before court on February 24th. Banjara Hills Inspector Murali Krishna confirmed this news.
He said that cops went to Rajamouli's residence in Manikonda and they produced the summons. Famous Tollywood producer Bhuvaneswar said that S.S.Rajamouli agreed to sell his flat located at Lotus Pond, Banjara Hills. He also took advance of 2 Lakhs.
But after entering the agreement for an agreed amount of Rs.41 lakhs as total cost by 2011. Rajamouli issued a notice stating that the agreement is cancelled and the amount of 2 Lakhs is forfeited.
Bhuvaneswar said he gave a reply to Rajamouli that this is clearly cheating and after that he never replied. And now he said Rajamouli is selling the same flat for a third party for a sum of Rs.47 Lakhs. A case is filed under 20 (cheating) and 417 (Punishment for cheating) of IPC.
