Chandrababu Naidu is clearly in chaos. The defeat in GHMC polls has caused more confusion inside him. He already proposed a temporary secretariat at Velagapudi village. This will be built in the upcoming capital city of Amaravati at 45.129 acres.

Earlier the government estimated to build the temporary secretariat in just 20 acres. The Government now issued orders for the temporary administrative complex and 18.047 acres for public amenities. Government will spend more than 180 Crores on this project.

And it should be noted that, this is the third time the state government has changed its plans on the ad hoc building complex. Earlier it issued orders in Amaravati Township at Mangalagiro. Then it shifted its venue to Velagapudi and Malkapuram Villages. Now once again it changes its mind and increased the area.

And above all, the government so far never even bothered to finalize the tenders for the project. But they have set June as the deadline for the construction of interim complex. And now with change in location the delay is inevitable.
