Telangana CM KCR is known for his masterstrokes and statements which takes everyone by surprise. After sweeping all the polls held in Telangana,he came with a shocking statement on Polavaram.
Speaking to scribes he said he had discussions with Andhra Pradesh CM Chandra Babu Naidu and he agreed to the remerger of Kammam villages that were added to Andhra Pradesh to Telangana.During his visit to Khammam district,he made this shocking statement.
Some of the Polavaram villages were added to Andhra Pradesh by the Union Government as the villages get submerged and dealing with the low lying areas in the same state is easier than when they are in other states.
Now KCR's statement on Polavaram will have huge political ramnifications. It has to be seen how Chandra Babu will react on KCR's statements as Polavaram is prestigious project for Andhra Pradesh.
