Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has recently changed bus spots and this has caused more rage among passengers. Most of the passengers are forced to change their routes. Each day around 3.5 lakh passengers travel by bus and now change in bus spots are creating new troubles.
The change in bus travel include places like Mehdipatnam, Charminar, Borabanda, Afzalgunj, Abids, Koti, Dilshuknagar, Kushiaguda and Secunderabad. Passengers complaint a lot and they say everyone of them are facing inconvenience.
This changeover was done to avoid traffic menace in the city. Mr.Sreedhar Rao who works in a BPO said, "I will travel to my relation's house in Langar Houz from Uppal. This means that there is a changeover at Mehdipatnam which adds an additional 15 or 20 minutes to my journey.
The changeover instead of being useful, has transformed to be stressful." Another person said, Mehdipatnam is one of the busy places. Every day 500 to 600 buses travel through that route. But now that route was changed and most passengers travel a long way."
