Delhi Government has sent a controversial video which took place at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) to a forensic laboratory for verification. The event was organized to protest the hanging of 2001 Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru. Anti-India slogans were allegedly raised during the protest.

This caused nation wide uproar. Arvind Kejiriwal's Government has now ordered a magisterial inquiry regarding this issue and they have sent the video to lab for verification. Media reports said, the Audio video clip of JNU Students’s Union president Kanhaiya Kumar sloganeering was tampered and the original video never had any anti slogans.

As per sources, the anti slogans were raised by some unknown miscreants during the event. Arvind Kejiriwal who took up the issue has evidence and he has confessed that he will send the video for forensic verification.

The Chief Minister said, "It is absurd to punish an innocent. No anti slogans were raised by Kanhaiya Kumar. Those were raised by some miscreants from the crowd. The video was tampered."
