YSRCP president Jagan Mohan Reddy is not getting any respite in disproportionate assets case from Enforcement Directorate. It is sending notice after notice suffocating him without leaving any breather.
It sent notices to Jagan along with other 19 accused for amassing wealth on quid pro quo basis. It asked Jagan to appear in front of the special court on March 28 and that too personally.
The main allegation is there were huge corruption while allocating lands in SEZ in Jadcherla, Mahaboobnagar district to Aurobindo Group and Hetero Group during YS.Rajasekhar Reddy's regime.
Those who received ED notices include Jagan, YSRCP leader Vijay Sai Reddy who is chartered accountant for the companies and various government officials and company officials.
