Once again Nature rose against Humans and death toll has raised considerably. A cyclone has struck Fiji and the death toll has rose to 29. Officials were warned about the devastation and the recovery will definitely take months.

Authorities are still struggling to recover the losses as the disaster on the remote island was shocking. The places are in desperate need of food, water and medicine. Government spokesman Ewan Perrin said the news was grim from villages and they are right now managing to restore communications after a severe storm has hit the town.

Perrin who spoke to a Radio station said, "The official death toll now is 29, another eight bodies were found on the island of Koro since yesterday. We are expecting more raise in death toll.

But we hope the rise is going to be a small number. This is the most powerful storm ever recorded in the Southern hemisphere, lashed Fiji with wind gusts of 325 kilometres (202 miles) per hour, leaving a trail of destruction." Right now around 10,000 people are still looking for some shelter.
