Delhi Forensic Lab is facing more heat as lots of cases were reported in favour of rich and false reports were framed on innocents. Recently Police had filed a case against a guy for rape case and his DNA test report from the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) showed another guy and the family was shocked.
However they re-examined the DNA sample with another laboratory as they were confident that his son will not commit such a cheap act. Now the family filed a complaint against the laboratory for accusing their son. However this is not the first time, the lab has failed.
As per reports, the lab has poorly trained persons and employees who lack all qualifications. So they were unable to find the right person. A Guragon based person also was found guilty in a sexual assault case and later he was found innocent. Similarly there are six more cases.
A senior Police official said, "This is something serious. Innocent people are being framed due to false reports. We are looking whether it is done intentionally for sake of money."
