At a time when Andhra Pradesh is reeling under the effect of poor
allocations in the Union Budget which will hamper crucial Polavaram
Project and Amaravathi Constructions, the maverick Kapu leader
Mudhragada’s irresponsible behavior once again is under discussion.
He
has announced that he will be reviving the Kapu reservation agitation
complaining that TDP government which offered loans meant to his Kapu
community, is doling them out only for TDP cadre belonging to this
caste.
The Kapu leader also expressed that the
government is not appointing his man in the committee which is looking
into reservations issue, considered by others in the government as an
unconstitutional demand on such issues.
Mudhragada
is again meeting Kapu leaders from Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema for
another agitation. But sources say that this time he may be having no
takers as he openly ditched support offered by Jagan and moreover the
violence in Tuni is discouraging his other apolitical supporters as
well!
