Being NTR’s daughter, usually a lot is expected from a leader like
Purandareshwari, but only god knows what she has done for AP during her
tenure as MP and also Minister under the UPA government. AP was
bifurcated but they couldn’t do anything.
She
along with other Congress MP’s only managed a show every time in front
of media walking in and out of 10 Janpath, Sonia’s residence. For those
who saw her, the impression was that something big was in the offing for
people of AP.
Nothing happened and then she
jumped the wall into BJP and started praising Modi & Co. She herself
lost to Mithun Reddy for Rajampeta Lok Sabha constituency and as
expected, she is now after Chandrababu Naidu.
While
doing nothing when it comes to pressurizing their high command to give
more allocations to AP, she only seems to be content with
anti-Chandrababu tirade. Many hardcore fans of NTR are openly saying
that she has become the bane for AP!
