Geetha was fighting with her parents in continuing her studies since her childhood. Few days back, the poor girl fought with her father that she will write her exams to persuade her career. Her father has threatened her by spoiling her dreams and he has stopped her.

Geetha’s father before the commencement of her Board exams became rough and tough and told her that he will not allow her to write her exams at the examination center at Vidya Mandir in her town. Geetha who failed to console her father realized that time is running fast for the commencement of her exam.

She made a call to Child helpline number 1098 and she asked for help. Immediately the help line coordinator alerted the police officials about the situation. She told Police, that her father was very adamant and he asks her to work for someone to support the family.

The District Child Protection Office (DCPC) Officials has informed the matter to the police and after convincing her father she was allowed to write the exam. The DSP said that her father was a retired guard and because of their family situation he didn’t allow her to write her exams. After explaining to him he agreed and permitted.
