Telangana speaker Madhusudhanachadary has taken a decision allowing 12 defected TDP MLAs to merge into the ruling TRS party.
Now T-TDP firebrand leader Revanth Reddy took exception of speaker's decision.Speaking to scribes he even said TDP will drag him to court after considering legal options.
He said merger of defected TDP MLAs with TRS is not in the jurisdiction of the speaker and only Central Election Commission can take decision on it.He said any court will strike off speaker's decision and questioned how can speaker take such decision ignorant of law.
He reminded even earlier courts gave similar judgement.Only time will tell how much truth is there in Revanth Reddy's argument. However for the present TDP is getting crushed under TRS clutches.
