The AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has made an implementation of provisions of the AP Reorganization Act which was passed during 2014, and the guarantee was made by then PM and presently the matter has become crucial for the people of the state.
In the AP Legislative Assembly a resolution was passed urging the central government to acknowledge the implementation process at the earliest. The CM has passed a resolution with 17 key factors in the list and has urged the central government to help the state government in the issue.
The opposition leader Jaganmohan Reddy has asked the CM if the Telugu Desam Party will take actions within a month regarding the matter. The CM has made the matter as serious and has urged the center to help the state as it is life and death issue for the AP people.
The Indian Finance Minister has promised that the Central Government will look in to the AP Reorganization Act. Arun Jaitley has said he will continue to pay the rupee which comes from the revenue deficit. He further added that sufficient funds are sanctioned for the development of the state. The Minister said every effort will be honored keeping the barriers of the 14th Finance Commission.
