YSRCP MLA RK Roja was suspended from Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly for speaking bad about AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. Now High Court of Andhra Pradesh has issued interim orders stopping her suspension from AP Legislative assembly.
Nagari MLA always argued that Roja's suspension for one year was illegal. The hearing will continue one again after four weeks. Roja who met press said that this was victory of democracy and also victory of voters of Nagari.
She also said she will be attending Assembly and will continue her battle for the betterment of people. Justice A.Ramalingeshwara Rao of the High Court at Hyderabad made the verdict and the verdict also gave Roja green signal to attend the assembly.
As Roja's attempts for a speedy justice in High court failed, she moved to Apex court and now the verdict was made within a day. Ramalingeshwara Rao of the High Court at Hyderabad also praised the court verdict and they too said it is a victory of democracy.
