The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations of Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary education commences from today. A press release statement from Krishna District Collector office said, Around 657,595 students participate in this examination and it will take place at 3028 centres.
In Krishna District alone 59,727 students will write the exam. Krishna Collector Baby said Students will be permitted to enter the examination halls before 9:30am as exams will take place between 9:30am and 12:15pm.
The exams will end on April 7th. The collector also instructed that any kind of electronic gadgets and mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall. Also Vijayawada Police Commissioner Goutam Sawang said that Section 144 will be imposed near all examination centres and Police will be placed near every examination center.
Andhra Pradesh Road Transport Corporation officials said that Students who are going to write exam can use RTC buses for free and they can travel to and from home by just producing their exam hall tickets. Best wishes to the students.
