Perpetual misery of migrants. Irrespective of borders, either global or local is questioning the humanity in us. . Most of the victims are illiterates and workers, keeping educates and scholars aside. Permits from their own country, visa problem from foreign country, agents’ exploitation on passengers are most commonly seen. Boat accident in Mediterrian sea shows the misery of migrants from Libya where a high number of 700 people lost their lives.
Continents Europe, Asia, Africa are being connected by Mediterrian sea. Accidents have become more now a days in this seas. In 2013 October 360 members lost their lives and in 2014 September, accident due to pirates lead to loss of 300 lives again. Same scenario repeated on 12 th of March where another 400 lives are washed away in water.
Loss of lives, especially migrants have become more this year compared to previous which is estimated to 16000 as surveyed by international migrants organization. Though the conditions are bad, no steps are taken either to provide easy and safe journey or to prevent thefts and attacks from sea pirates by the coastal countries.
Especially migrants travel to America, Europe, and North East Asia. Labors and employees travel to other countries are not given any allowance or welfare schemes by respective governments. Even our country is not taking any steps. Corrupt agents, misunderstandings between countries, interrelation problems in the country among states are still exiting.
Agents who cheat will be trialed by states, only license will be cancelled by us says central government. In the trend of globalization; migration in inevitable where a citizen of any country should be given a moral value by governments to avoid such losses.
