The Opposition party YSRC has issued a whip to all its MLA’s and has urged them to be present in the House for having discussion about the Appropriation Bill in the coming week. The development comes after the opposition by the ruling Telugu Desam Party, when the no confidence move was against the Chandrababu Naidu government and the Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao.
The YSRC has given a whip to all its 67 members in the AP assembly to attend the assembly on March 29 and 30th of this month to have discussion about the Appropriation Bill and vote against the bill. The YSRC has passed the no confidence motion in the assembly on March 14th against the 21 month old TDP government and the speaker Kodela.
But the motion was defeated as the TDP has enjoyed a clear majority with 102 members of its own and followed by two BJP and the rest are others. The TDP also made an assurance that the eight MLA’s who has moved away from the House, when the two motions were enforced.
Jagan has said the ruling party was making a mockery out of democracy. The whip was issued in advance the YSRC’s ambition is to fix the eight defectors. The party expects that the whip will make a legal case against the eight rebellious MLA.
