The University of Hyderabad Vice Chancellor Professor Appa Rao Podile, has met all the faculty members at the VC lodge and has informed them that he will resume his duty after the process of judicial deposition which was made by the stakeholders has come to an end.
He seeks the support from all the teaching staffs and taking the university forward and he has also appraised the recent happening that has occurred at the venue of VC’s lodge on Tuesday. The Vice Chancellor has said that he has come back and would continue his duty.
Appa Rao has urged the staffs to look into the details which are uploaded in the university websites. He said he is ready to resolve the issue through democratic dialogues and discussions. He has appreciated the rights of the students and has said that deviations should not take place and only democratic methods should be used.
The VC and the facilities have urged the non teaching staffs to return back to do their hostel duty as students are incurring many inconveniences. Meanwhile 10 teachers along with 34 teachers have written and signed a representation and have asked the VC to walk out from the campus.
