On Wednesday the Hyderabad High Court has answerer to the petition which was filed by the congress leader which has downed the government website where many Government orders are made revision for the easy availability of the public.


Presently the High Court has ordered the Government to announce by Monday and the time is needed to fix the same. The petition was answered by the Hyderabad High Court Justice Sanjay Kumar and it was filed by the congress leader D. Sravana Kumar who has made a challenge to the state to deny the public access to the website.


Contrary to the provisions of the constitutions, which were going against the Right to Information Act, the judge has enquired into the state’s abrupt decision to bring down the website. The government counsel has said that the government has not planned to cut he website permanently.


It was said that the website will be redesigned and once the changes are made, it would again be made available to the public. The Hyderabad High Court Justice Sanjay has asked the government counsel to make informations by Monday, and more time will be given to complete the redesign work.
