The Jawaharlal Nehru University Students Union President Kanhaiya Kumar was attacked on Thursday by the Cow Protection Activist with his shoes and has shouted at him as Deshdrohi. When Kanhaiya began his speech, the drama was unfolded by the SundarayyaVignana Kendram.
When Kanhaiya has started to address in the meeting before the audience, the attacker has risen from his seat and has thrown his shoes at Kanhaiya Kumar. The attacker was later identified by the police officials as A.Naresh
Meanwhile a second shoe has also followed the suit after the attacker Naresh has shouted that the Deshdrohi should not be allowed to make his speech. Ha has said Kanhaiya was an anti social element and he should not speak before the public.
But the projectiles was failed to hit the target and meanwhile Naresh was beaten by a group of audience. The police officials immediately pushed him aside and has slapped Naresh and his friend B.Pavan with a case of wrongful confinement, assault, breach of peace and trespass and they were granted bail that evening itself.
