To prevent the death rate, the Hyderabad High court has insisted the governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State to take immediate steps to implement the action plane which was designed to reduce the deaths which was caused due to excessive heat wave conditions in the state.


The High Court has ordered the states that labor who belong to employment guarantee scheme should not work during the time from 12 pm to 3 pm during this hot summer. Meanwhile a division bench consisting of Acting Chief Justice B. Bhosale and Justice P. Naveen Rao were dealing with the writ position by the Srisailam of Ranga Reddy has sought directions to the government to provide relief measures to the citizens.


The AP government has informed that it has put an action plan with emergency response system to take immediate action and protecting the people from the heat wave. When the case was adjourned, the bench has told the government to implement their action plans at the earliest.


The bench has asked the Telangana government has to improve the online system to help the farmers to get the documents like Pattadar passbooks and also to get electricity connections for the farmers to do agriculture without any hassles and to eradicate the corruption. The bench has adjourned the case for two weeks.
