Shoe was hurled at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejiriwal when he was addressing a press conference on the second odd-even plan in the city. However the shoe never struck on the Chief minister and it was caught by AAP supporter mid way who was standing on the dais along with him.

Kejiriwal later continued the press conference. The attacker was identified as Ved Prakash and he said he was from Aam Aadmi Sena. It broke away from AAP . He said AAP is filled with irregularities in distribution of CNG stickers and so far no one took any action on them despite a complaint filed by him.

Cars running on CNG are exempt from the second phase of odd-even scheme which would be launched on April 15th. Regarding this a political analyst said,"This is definitely done by AAP party members themselves.

This is only due to Kejiriway's leadership and his style of authorization. But still we condemn this incident." Delhi transport minister Gopal Rai said, "I condemn this. This is an act done by a frustrated man. Incidents like these should not be encouraged."
