It was a different evening when Amala Akkinenei has played as an anchor in Manthan, a Forum for public Discourse with the author Meera Shenoy who was catapulting her book titled “You Can” at Saptaparni.
The conversation has revolved about supporting the differently abled and was also peppered with inspiring anecdotes who have achieved great things in their life or profession as a whole despite their disabilities.
Even as Amala Akkineni has posed different set of questions and has moderated the talk impeccably, and the overwhelmed audience has left moved and they were also amazed on hearing the achievements which were made by the differently abled people in the society.
Several differently abled have also joined the discussions and have opened their own personal experiences. A visually impaired singer has made many melt by her melodious songs of the Bollywood movies. The attendees have left the program with a whole new and different perspective on life.
