Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to arrive Tamil Nadu, Chennai. He will address a public meeting at the YMCA grounds in Nandanam in Chennai on May 6th. BJP national executive member and Al India Coir Board chairman Pon Radha Krishnan who met reporters said,
"We have secured the Election Commission's permission to hold the meeting at the YMCA grounds." Radhakrishnan further said all BJP candidates and allies like IJK will be attending this campaign.
Radhakrishnan further said, "People of Tamil Nadu were fed up with corruption and bad governance of DMK and AIADMK governments in the past 50 years and did not believe in the promises of these parties to bring prohibition.
DMK lifted ban on liquor and ADMK carried on with TASMAC shops. Only BJP proved prohibition of liquor. We have already implemented in Gujarat and now we will do the same in Tamil Nadu. We will also take river and sand mining as revenue and will manage the budget."
