Film stars supporting political parties is quite common but there
are times when they influence become more pronounced and adds up for
victory. This is what Power Star and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan did to
TDP two years ago during the 2014 elections. This has also helped the
party immensely.
Now much water has flown down the Prakasam Barrage and now it is more or
less thumbs down for the earlier alliance. This is even as BJP is ready
to fish in the troubled waters to see any chances of grabbing power in
Andhra Pradesh. The chances of that look quite strong.
However,
at the same time TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu seems to be preparing a
form of alternative for the party when it comes to using cine glamour
for elections and votes. In this regard, there is a chance that Superstar Mahesh Babu may swing towards TDP.
Although
he may not enter political scene directly, sources say that he may be
seen as a likely replacement for Pawan mania as Mahesh Babu too commands
a sizeable share of fans. They may help his brother-in-law Galla
Jayadev’s party since Mahesh has high regard for his BIL!
