The Country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday has said that his government will not spare those who “committed a crime” in the helicopter deal when he was delivering his first public statements on the AgustaWestland controversy after the Milan court verdict last month.


Modi was speaking at election rallies in Tamilnadu’s places like Hosur and Chennai, Modi has targeted the Opposition and congress Chief Sonia Gandhi by, saying there was absolute corruption during the previous UPA regime and that his government has now tightened the screws.


Previously during a 30 minute speech in Hosur, Modi has told a crowd of at least 10,000 that his government has weeded out all corrupt elements who has stolen money and profits meant for ordinary people.


Modi has also added that usually elections are about who wins and which party is elected to power and this time, the question in Tamil Nadu is about the future of the state and that the BJP was more concerned about the youth.
