AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu takes pride as a master startegist and boasts that he was instrumental in electing two Prime Ministers for the country. He says he will develop AP joining hands with PM Modi. However many times he started getting shocks from PM Modi.

It is comingout that after Hudhud cyclone in Visakhapatnam, PM Modi visited the place and both PM Modi and CM Chandra Babu Naidu inspected the damage. When both were inspecting a damaged building, to PM Modi's question on damage estimates of the building and how much he wants,Chandra Babu shocked by asking a whopping Rs 70000crs.
Modi who got shock of his life and was about to fell unconscious, some how escaped from getting hurt and quickly ran away to the aircraft and asked pilot to non stop trip to Delhi. Modi who announced Rs 1000 relief, sanctioned only Rs 40ocrs.Many say this is the reason for PM Modi not to pay attention to Chandra Babu's special status demands.
