When a person gets drunk, we can definitely expect some bizarre incidents to happen. Now one such incident has taken place at the Nehru Zoological Park. A drunk 35 Year old man jumped into enclosure of African Lions in a mood to 'Shake Hands'.

Immediately Animal Keeper R.Papaiah responded and he saved him from the Wild cats. The drunken person was named as Mukesh and he is a labourer from Rajasthan. After crossing the metal barricade and the parapet wall, Mukesh jumped into the moat and swam towards the big cats.

Lions were about to pounce on them, but Papaiah threw stones and distracted their attention. As Lions moved away, Mukesh swam back to parapet wall and Papaiah held a long pole and he grabbed and got back to safety.

Mukesh had an ID card and it showed him as an employee with L&T for Hyderabad Metro Rail Works. This is also the fourth shocking incident at Hyderabad Zoo this year. Mukesh had some minor injuries and he was handed over to the Bahadurpura police station.
