Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu has reportedly started
rethinking over the issue of shifting administration to Amaravati in few
phases. The state government is noticing some of the practical problems
in shifting employees in phases. The operation was meant to be
completed by June ideally.
This is because
those in the second and third phases may again start complaining that
they cannot be shifting in between the academic year for their children.
Hence one more financial year may be wasted and this is not something
the employees would like to entertain.
This
will again result in some staff in Amaravati and some of the staff in
Hyderabad. Hence, Andhra Pradesh government is thinking and hence it may
be shifting entire administration at just one go. So the entire
administration of AP is expected to shift by June 27th.
The
government is also working hard to make sure there is necessary
infrastructure in Amaravati by then even as the construction works at
the interim secretariat is reportedly going on at a brisk pace. All in
all, this shifting process has turned out to be a big challenge for
Chandrababu's administration.
