Though he has passed his heydays of power the senior TDP leader Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu has not lost his steam. Now and then he takes every opportunity to come down heavily on his opponents. This time, Gali blew a hot wind over the YSR Congress leader Vijayamma.
This was regarding YSRCP’s initiative for the one crore signature campaign demanding the release of Y S Jaganmohan Reddy. Gali reportedly said the signature campaign is actually improper and illegal because it could influence the decision of the court proceedings and also the investigations being carried out on Jagan.
Gali also added that this signature campaign can set a negative precedence to all those politicians who are facing some or the other charges. The criticism and condemnation from Gali is justified but whether this will have an impact on the YSR Congress members or the judiciary has to be seen.
