Sources have stated that the Madras High Court has directed the Tamilnadu governance to submit details of all child missing cases which was registered in the state and those children that were detected and cases closed as undetectable.


Meanwhile a division bench of Justice S Nagamuthu and Justice V Bharathidasan has given the direction when a PIL has filed by M B Nirmal of Exnora International came up for further hearing from on Thursday and the bench also imp leaded Tamil Nadu's home secretary as party to the proceedings.


The court has told that the officer shall have two weeks to keep ready details of cases of child missing registered in Tamil Nadu, details of cases in which missing children had been discovered and the number of cases closed as undetected.


Nirmal has said that if the missing children are not discovered, then it will be encouraging the people who are involving in illegal trafficking of children.
