TDP supremo Chandra Babu Naidu during his previous regime as Chief Minister showed stars to government employees. He gave sleepless nights and reduced corruption in them.
This got him good recognition among people and they voted him to power in the next elections.However government employees hated him and not only voted against Chandra Babu but blatantly supported YS.Rajasekhar Reddy.
YSR's regime helped employees have their own way.No one used to bother for how many hours employees used to work and they never used to work without taking bribes. They had their way and employees who used to be scared of taking bribes,now started demanding openly.
Chandra Babu returned to power but situation didnot change and Chanra babu is becoming a mute spectator. So people are wondering to whom they should complain.
