The Crimes against women are just increasing each day. But what if Politicians themselves gets into it ? Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has found itself in another controversy as AAP MLA from Sangam Vihar, Dinesh Mohaniya, has been charged with molesting a woman.
As per reports, the woman who approached his office with a demand for regular water supply was molested. Noor Banu alleged that Mohaniya refused to help her and group of women who approached him, and further abused, manhandled and threatened them.
Police said, "A case under sections of 323 (voluntary causing hurt), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code" It should be noted that even last month an AAP leader and his son were charged under molestation case.
AAP MLA Somnath Bharti is also under investigation for abusing his wife and attempting to kill her. Noor Banu said to media, "We went to Mohaniya's office to get our water problem solved. When we went there, MLA abused us and he called us with mean names. Then he misbehaved with me."
