The survey is based on Popularity, implementation of welfare schemes and execution of development programs has been taken as parameters to ascertain the performance of every chief minister of the country.
Delhi sources have stated that Modi has been conducting such surveys every three months with the coordination of intelligence wings and other private agencies and the survey results is likely to be declared on July 16th .
