The recent developments in Hyderabad University and its campus are making all right thinking people wonder whether Hyderabad University is a campus for traitors. It is known that sometime back meetings were organised in support of Afzal Guru and other terrorists and called for India's destruction.
The issue was side tracked when Rohit Vemula ended his life.All opposition parties thronged the campus and even separatists poster boy JNUSU vice president Kanhaiah Kumar who himself is out on bail for sedition charges visited the campus and made vitriolic statements against the Government and the country.
Now in a shocker Hyderabad University is once again in news and this time group of students have taken a rally in support of Burhan Wani, terrorist who was shot down by Indian Army a week back. This triggered huge violence as other group opposed the rally.
Now the campus is tense with the management imposing ban on rallies and protests. However students JAC opposed any ban calling it as curb on freedom of speech.
