Couple of days back India shocked super power China when it expelled three senior Chinese journalists  of China's official news agency Xinhua following "concerns" flagged by the intelligence agencies. Indian Government asked Wu Qiang, Xinhua bureau chief in Delhi, along with two of his Mumbai-based colleagues Lu Tang and She Yonggang to leave the country by July 31st. 


Now it is coming out Chinese government is extremely angry with Indian government's action. Chinese media threatened India of serious consequences for India's actions. It accused India of having a suspicious mind and knowing journalists thrown out of Beijing warned of serious action. Chinese media urged its Government to act in the same manner and give tit for tat. 


Six months back a French journalist was expelled for refusing to apologize for an article she wrote that was critical of Beijing's policy towards Muslims in Xinjiang. China was severely criticized then for attempting to muzzle and intimidate the foreign press.


Chinese media refused India's charges on Chinese journalists. It stated New Delhi was taking revenge for Chinese opposition to India's entry into NSG club. It tit for tat is on issuing visas to Indians. Chinese media wrote "On the visa issue this time, we should take actions to display our reaction. We at least should make a few Indians feel Chinese visas are also not easy to get,"
