Well it is known that Congress party is an expert when it comes in ruining its own prospects. The party actually has fair chances bouncing back once more in Telangana, provided there is scope for strong and intelligent leaders to prove themselves.
Marri Shashidhar Reddy
Recently, the Congress veteran and son of former CM Marri Channa Reddy, Marri Shashidhar Reddy actually took the initiative to prove KCR’s bluff when it comes to the so called redesigning of projects for constructing large reservoirs involving thousands of crores.
Marri Shashidhar Reddy went to Haryana to extensively study the lift schemes and he gave a wonderful presentation to the Telangana PCC leaders so that they can now have their own power point presentation to thwart KCR’s arguments! This came out as an effective option.
Now, no one is ready to give any credit to him and PCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy wants to hog all limelight. If not him, at least former irrigation minister Ponnala was the second person who can counter. But now only after Uttam recovers from dengue, he will give a presentation!
