Sources have stated that when you give a missed call, the Telangana Irrigation minister T. Harish Rao will call back immediately and address the grievances of people in Telangana anytime and the minister will not only respond to the calls from people of his own assembly constituency Siddipet but also from across Telangana.
It is added that he will attend the phone calls round the clock and when he is busy, Harish will call back after coming out of the meeting and the party leaders have told that Harish was the only leader in Telangana available at the door steps to help people at any level.
It is stated that majority of the calls which are received are from people seeking emergency medical treatment for their friends and relatives and some people call the minister to resolve pending cases in police stations and other government offices.
Meanwhile Harish has developed the habit of attending phone calls all through day from his active participation in the Telangana movement since early 2000 and leaders at village and Mandal level also have more confidence on Harish more when they fell in trouble.
