Chennai High Court has stated that before marriage a bride has to be undergone medical checkups and counseling has to be given and an awareness campaign has to be given to the public, which has to be implemented by the central and state government.
The High Court has stated that before marriage a man as well as a woman has to undergo health checkup and when this is done successfully, divorce rates will be reduced in the country. The High Court judge Kirubakaran has told the news when giving judgment to a couple.
Kirubakaran has told that after marriage many misunderstanding happened only because of these reasons and hence the state and central government has to take preventive steps and to do counseling for those before their wedding.
Many cases as women are approaching the court for divorce as her husband had heart problem, cancer and many hazardous health related problems. So every men and women have to be given counseling and health checkups have to be conducted to reduce stress between both the people and so central and state government has to take severe action against such type of act.
