The Supreme Court has presently questioned the police department as why the SRM College proprietor Pachamuthu as he has sold the medical seats. The lawyer from government side has told that there is no objection to arrest Pachamuthu.
It is expected that very soon Pachamuthu will be arrested by the police officials. Meanwhile SRM medical seats has been given for higher amount and the money was collected by Madhan and the man was found missing from May 29th.
Madhan has told that he has already given the amount to Pachamuthu and so the students have surrounded Pachmuthu’s house. Nearly 109 students have asked for refund of their amount and of them 14 have directly approached the Supreme Court for their money.
The Supreme Court has ordered the police to make Madhan appear before court and he is responsible for the amount which has to be refunded to the students. The court has also ordered police department to find out the amount given by the students.
