Hyderabad sources have stated that the Nehru Zoological Park got a new attraction on Friday when zoo officials released three month old white tiger cubs into the display enclosure for the first time.

A zoo official has told that the tiger cubs were born on April 22nd and they have waited for nearly three months and today is the first day they are released into the enclosure and the visitors could spot the two tiger cubs named Anand and Anita as they played around with their mother Sameera.

It is stated that the white tiger enclosure is double layered with full netting in the main enclosure separated by a 6 feet high chicken wire mesh with an additional barrier of bamboo shrubs limiting the visibility, but it has a near natural habitat for the wild animals.

A zoo official has also added that they are observing how the cubs adapt to humans who can come very close to them owing to the nature of the enclosure and for these three months, they have been at the night house and they seem to be doing well now.
