Hyderabad sources have stated that Justice M S Ramachandra Rao of the Hyderabad high court on Friday has directed Telangana's home secretary to probe into allegations that Narsingi police of Cyberabad had harassed and ill-treated an industrialist and his workers.
It is stated that the judge has also sought a report on the incident, where he was dealing with a writ petition filed by Maroju Shiva Kumar and Nirmala Rani of M/s Eider Industries Limited.
The petitioners have alleged that DCP, ACP and inspector confined them in a function hall from July 21st to 25th, when taken away factory keys from them and forced them to sign cheques and papers.
Meanwhile the judge wanted the home secretary to inquire and submit a report at the earliest about the issue. Let us wait for further investigations which will take place as early as possible.
