Note for vote controversy involving the ruling TDP and TRS parties in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana came back to haunt after court directed ACB to conduct investigations once again. While TRS government and the state ACB claim involvement of AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu following the voice samples in the audio tapes, TDP government accuse it as a conspiracy hatched by Telangana CM KCR.

ACB arrested TDP legislators Revanth Reddy, Sandra Venkata Veeraiah and a few others  right after the startling revelations but many are of the opinion that crucial evidence is missing in the note for vote puzzle.

Till now ACB didnot seek Chandra Babu's voice samples even after it completed analysing the other accused. Many feel ACB is going slow on this in the investigation. ACB should have sought the voice sample of Chandra Babu Naidu from the assembly as it chose to do in case of others.

ACB didnot do that and didnot send anything to the FSL for a voice match test. ACB caught Revanth Reddy, Bishop Harry Sebastian and R.Uday Simha of Vikrampuri Colony on My 31,2015 laying trap for them when they were handing over  Rs 50 lakh bribe to nominated MLA Elvis Stephenson to cast his vote in favour of a TDP candidate during the MLC elections.

FSl after receiving the voice samples found that they were genuine and also ratified the transcripts. FSL even confirmed the voice samples of Revanth Reddy and Sandra Venkata Veeraiah matched with the voices of the videos.

Sebastian had talked to MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah and others for more than 10 times and his phone contained the recoring of the conversation between Sebastian, Stephenson and Chandrababu Naidu.ACB director-general (DG) AK Khan was unavailable for the response on the missing link in the note for vote scam.
