Congress President Sonia Gandhi is already in lot of problems at present. As if this is not enough, she is now facing trouble from her son in law Robert Vadra. It is known that things didnot go as expected after the crushing defeat of the party in the last general elections.
Sonia along with her son Rahul Gandhi who is also the Vice President of the party tried various strategies to comeback into the limelight. But none of them gave positive impact. In the meantime Sonia and Rahul landed in legal problem over National Herald case.
Even as it is going on Rahul Gandhi barely managed to comeout of his controversial comments that RSS killed Mahatma Gandhi,after court gave him strong warning following which he went back on his statements.
Now her son Robert Vadra landed in trouble as Justice SN.Dhingra commission submitted its report on illegal land deals in Haryana. The commission in its report confirmeed irregularities in the land deals belonging to Robert Vadra's firms.
Justice SN.Dhingra without naming Robert Vadra or then Haryana CM Bhupinder Hooda said "I have brought the irregularities to light and people behind it," He went on to add "If there were no irregularities in land allotment, I would have submitted a one-sentence, not an 182-page report,"
Elaborating further he said " I have named government officials as well as private indiividuals in my report," He went on to say "I can't make the contents of my report public but it is in two parts." "One part of the report deals with findings while the second part consists of evidences,"
Congress demanded the report be made public and added the intention of the committee was to defame,conspire and malign. Congress questioned how the findings of the report were leaked selectively.
The commission was asked to probe the grant of licenses to Vadra's company and other firms for developing commercial properties in Gurgaon's Sector 83 and some other prime areas. Vadra blamed the government and the committee for indulging in political witch hunt.
