Actor Mohan Babu has got a fair bit of involvement in politics because he was part of the Telugu Desam Party at one point of time and has held responsible positions. Even today he associates himself a lot with the late N T Rama Rao but now it is heard that his family is likely to get into YSR Congress party.
The constituency of Chandragiri is likely to be given to the Manchu family and many are guessing on who from the family would be standing. While many feel it is going to be Mohan Babu it is heard that he is choosing an intelligent way. The chances are that his daughter Lakshmi Prasanna will be standing up from that constituency.
By this, Mohan Babu will be safe from the criticism that he speaks so high of N T Rama Rao and ultimately joined the opposition party. Lakshmi from her side is quite capable of handling people and is blessed with good oratory skills. If this speculation works true then Mohan Babu will most likely run the show from behind.
