How can a New born baby be fed, if mother cannot provide her breast milk ? The only option left is to feed baby with Powder milk. And that is what Centre has done with Andhra Pradesh. As there is zero chance of granting Special category status to newly born Andhra Pradesh, they have provided Special financial package for the state to sustain.
Consider Special category status as Mother's Milk and Special package is Powder milk. This weird comparison study was done by Actor turned Telugu Desam Party MP N.Sivaprasad. He is already known for some weird make-ups and dramatic appearances inside Parliament.
He also created more noise at the House and he raised the issue of Special category status in the Parliament in the past. But as Centre denied special category status and providing only special package, Sivaprasad had no option, but to defend the same.
So he told Media about the breast milk and Powder milk comparison in a philosophical manner. This comparison is just getting more response and is going viral all over.
