Sources from Hyderabad have stated that a young woman was found murdered at an isolated place near Gandipet earlier on Sunday evening and according to Narasingi police, the body of the victim, aged between 16 and 19 years, was found in Sri Nagar colony.
Narsingi inspector P. Ramachander Rao has said the assailants have killed the victim by throwing a boulder on her head and there was also a cut injury on her throat and the victim's hands were tied with a piece of cloth.
It was stated that the victim was clad in a white T-shirt, blue track pants and a black jacket and the cops have found a black veil, a chocolate wrapper, a soft drink bottle, a white towel, a pair of white flip-flops and a talisman around the neck.
Meanwhile the police have obtained CCTV footage from nearby establishments and noticed an unidentified man bringing the victim to the crime scene on a black bike and the police have registered a case under section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and has launched a manhunt to nab the offender.
