AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu is known for his media savvy ways. He rules the state as CEO and many hail him as modern day Chanakya for his political strategies. In the meantime many are making fun of Chandra Babu commenting " CBN gave birth to rivers"
In History people read " Emperor Ashoka planted trees". Many emperors across the world constructed dams, temples and buildings, monuments for the benefit of the people. Many Kings ensured that people do not suffer from water scarcity and droughts and so they dug wells and lakes,constructed dams etc across their kingdom.
But no where in the history one can find any King creating rivers,seas or oceans. But Chandra Babu is now claiming that he gets the credit for giving birth to rivers and seas. He is now directing all officials to refer Pattiseema canal as river and warned officials that he willnot tolerate if it is called as canal.
Officials are now shocked at Chandra Babu's directive. He issued orders that Pattiseema should be addressed as river. Though officials are shocked on how Polavaram right canal could be addressed as river, Chandra Babu's craziness silenced them.
Pattiseema is getting water through Polavaram right canal constructed during YSR regime as a part of Polavaram project. Officials are discussing whether digging big canal and then calling it a river make anyone believe them.
Officials are laughing at Chandra Babu's direction to address it as ariver. Many are joking whether Chandra Babu will celebrate Pattiseema pushkaralu.
